Happy Tuesday!  Today is a color challenge at CAS Colors & Sketches and I thought the colors would be perfect for this little mermaid.

 Here are the colors for the challenge:

The "waves" are hot foiled and watercolored with the Pacific Point  and Gorgeous Grape.  I used the challenge colors and neutrals for the mermaid.  Details on creating the card will be on the Cottage Cutz blog on Friday.
